First of Many

Well im pretty new to blogging so give me some time to get the hang of this! I'm a recent grad from The Stratford Chefs School so i actually do cook haha! Its just i can only cook when i have the time too which doesn't happen often! I will try to post once a week if not more, there will be recipes as well as some book reviews. This blog will be a way for me to show the world (or whoever will read this thing) what I can do! Ill post more soon!
